A way to lower points on Fluff

My mom and I were talking this week and I showed her the "Fluff" (Please see this post for the recipe) that I had made and told what all went into, etc. She suggested getting the powdered fiber that is tasteless, oderless, colorless and dissolving it in with the jello. Because you would be adding Fiber, the points would be lower! I think I'm going to try it next time I go to the grocery store. I'll let ya'll know how it turns out. I can't believe I didn't think of this sooner...it would probably lower the points on lots of stuff!

I had heard a long time ago that that is why they now have the "fiber cap". Because people were adding like cups of the powdered fiber to things like ice cream and then saying they were 0 points. ha!

Melanie, you have a really good point. I never thought anyone would abuse fiber like that! Talk about being regular! My only intention was to add enough fiber to give it 1 or 2 grams per serving since it had none to begin with. Isn't that essentially what WW is doing with a lot of their foods to make them lower points, anyway? I suppose as long as you don't abuse it...
