Happy Mother's Day
Happy Mother's Day to all you moms out there. I'm not technically a mom yet, but I am a step-mom and a mom-to-be. So we got up and went to breakfast and then visited some used book stores this morning. We got groceries on our way home. It's been a very low key day, which is good! We had a busy Friday and Saturday. Marc was in a wedding yesterday and was also in charge of the sword detail. So that meant that we had to be in Quantico, VA Friday night for the rehersal and yesterday for the wedding. Traffic was horrible Friday, it took us 2 hours and 45 minutes to get there Friday night (should have taken 30-45mins). Saturday we got there 4 hours before the wedding so that Marc could practice the sword detail with all the guys, then the wedding, then the reception.

Very very cute dress!! We went to a wedding this weekend too, and they also had the swords (she's army, he's air force). Our camera battery died and we only have pictures from the sword thing (I don't know what it is actually called). No belly pictures of me though...:( Maybe when we get the battery charged!
